Digital or Litho?
There are two main types of printing which are both very good and alsobeneficial but only for the correct jobs.
Litho is the traditional form of printing which involves using the standard CMYK colours and plates this method of printing is very good for larger runs and will be much cheaper to produce than a digital press.
Digital is a four colour process just like litho but instead doesn't require plates for printing as it uses electronic files such as PDF's. As there isn't as much set up as a litho press it produces less waste, is faster and is very good for short run jobs or print that requires small quantites.
There are pros and cons to both methods but we can provide the knowledge to advise on which is best and what will essentially give the best price for the job you desire.
Large Format is the production of large print. Anything from an A2 poster to a banner right the way through to a bilboard. This adevertising medium has been growing for a number of years as an effective form of marketing and is contuniuing to do so.
